He later served several years as a contractor on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense providing infrastructure Vulnerability assessments involving numerous governmental facilities within Washington D.C., VA. areas then led a team providing a full-year review and assessment of the Washington D.C. Department of Emergency Management’s ability to respond to catastrophic man-made and/or natural disasters.
