Patrick Bryan McFadden, born in York, PA, on July 28, 1947, has had a distinguished career in emergency management and security. As an Executive Director, he oversaw first responder communications and conducted critical assessments for the U.S. Department of Defense. He reviewed emergency policies for Washington, D.C., and served as a liaison for the National Fraternal Order of Police. With a BS in Security Management and a Master’s in Organizational Development from Almeda College, he is also a prolific author of thrillers, including ” Code Red,” ” From Dawn to Midnight,” and ” When Time Stood Still,” with a sequel forthcoming. Patrick currently resides in the Ozark area of Arkansas.
